BUFFET DINNERS:
Our most popular selection. The appeal of the Buffet is the array of selections that permit your guests
to choose the foods they desire. The Buffet serving line is always beautifully decorated, skirted and illuminated.
A carver is provided for that personal and professional touch, together with a uniformed line staff to assure a
continuous availability of all selections. We use only fresh foods. It kills us when we see the canned vegetables
and frozen entrees so often used by others. Soiled china and silverware is collected from the tables of your
guests as quickly and unobtrusively as possible to avoid any disturbance to the celebration.
HORS d' OEUVRES:
For the casual or cocktail type event, this selection is the preferred choice. Since there is no meal per se,
guests can socialize or participate in planned functions and snack when they desire. Foods in this category are placed
on silver platters, or in special serving dishes, or in chafers that are tastefully arranged on illuminated and
skirted decorated tables. Serviceware and napkins are upscale disposables.
Remember, in both of these menu categories the facility rental charge is either waived or greatly reduced.
There is no charge for the first four hours of bar service. Requested service over 4 hours is at the rate
of $30.00 an hour. There is a required 150 minimum guest count for all on-site menus.
ADD-ON OPTIONS TO THE ABOVE SERVICES:
a. PASSED HORS d' OEUVRES: As your guests arrive, we will present to them assorted hot and
cold appetizers on silver trays, Butler style by uniformed servers. Price $2.75 extra per person.
b. PASSED CHAMPAGNE: As your guests arrive, we will serve glasses of chilled sparkling Spumante, Butler
style by uniformed servers. Price $2.50 extra per person.
c. OPEN BAR: A timed open bar for your guests starting with the arrival time and lasting
exactly four hours. Service will consist of Domestic draft beer, Well Brand liquors and Wines. Naturally, Indiana
ABC consumption rules apply to all guests. Prices are based on all persons in attendance, not just selected guests.
Price $9.50 extra per person.
For Call Brand Liquors $10.50 a person (Jack Daniels, CC, VO, etc.)
For Premium Brands $11.50 (Grey Goose, Hennesey, Chivas, etc.)
d. APPETIZER BAR: Frequently there is a lengthy delay from the time the guests arrive to the time
the Bridal party arrives. Many hosts request a small appetizer bar to satisfy this waiting period. We will present
a Chef's Choice selection of three to four of the following items: Cheeses with Entertainment Crackers, Meatballs, Cocktail
Franks, Fresh Cut Vegetables or Fruits, Salsas with Tortilla Chips and so forth. Price $2.50 extra per person.
e. DESSERTS: An impressive meal deserves to be followed by a memorable dessert. Consider either
a scrumptious fruit or turtle topped New York Cheesecake for $2.75 per person or a Raspberry Mascarpone Torte for just $3.50
per person.
f. ENTERTAINMENT: We can assist in booking a DJ, band or an act of your choosing to compliment your
event.
