It is the same presentation offered in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne for as much as One-hundred Dollars a person.
The subtle flair of elegance and the richness of the selections will become immediately apparent to your guests. Prepare
for the compliments.
For the first 30 to 45 minutes of your event, as your guests enter they will be offered a variety of
hot and cold Hors D' Oeuvres and Canapes, together with glasses of chilled champagne. This brief socializing period
is then followed by the sumptious feast described below.

Buffet includes A Self-serve Salad Bar together with Fresh
Baked Warm Rolls and Butter. Also included is a Self-serve Beverage Bar with Ice Water, Coffee, Decaffeinated
Coffee, Lemonade, and Iced Tea. All Buffets are based on a service period of one and one-half hours. The Beverage
Bar remains open throughout the event. There is no building or fixture rental charge with this selection.
