The Fabulous 105 is conveniently located at the intersection of Highways 9 and 105 in Southern Huntington County.  Were just five miles from Marion, fifteen miles from Huntington and eighteen miles from Wabash.

The reception hall that we lease is 7200 sf and can seat up to 500 guests.  We have a 900 sf dance floor that has sufficient electric service to accomodate a band, DJ, and any special effects lighting. 

THE FABULOUS 105 CATERED SERVICES

If you select one of our menu selections, use of the hall begins at 9:30 am and terminates at midnight.  We know from past experience almost everyone requires this type of time frame.  For instance, normally any specialized decorating is done in the morning hours.  If a wedding cake is to be delivered, it is usually delivered in the early afternoon.  DJ's like to bring in their equipment an hour or two before the event.  In other words, the hall must be available for various functions, deliveries and so forth throughout the entire day.  Finally, there is the collecting of gifts, decorations and any special keepsakes that must be removed from the facility before the final hour.   The base rental rate includes our complete set up, tear down and clean-up.  It includes your choice of Buffet tables or Round tables or any combination thereof.  We place linen table covers on all of the tables and illuminate and skirt all specialty tables such as the Bridal tables, cake table and gift table.  A licensed bartender is available at no additional charge for up to four hours.  Service over four hours is at a rate of just $30.00 an hour.  The Fabulous 105 has a three-way liquor permit and carries separate liquor liability insurance in addition to our multi-liability insurance coverage.

As a state licensed facility,  alcoholic beverages cannot be brought on to the property, including the parking area for consumption.
