For those of you who wish to use their own caterer or bring in food from other sources, renting our hall for your
function may be the most convenient choice. Regionally, data shows the cost to have a fully catered reception begins
at $3,500.00. This is a price many newlyweds are reluctant to pay.
At The Fabulous 105 with our new rental rates, any couple can have a cake and punch reception in the area's
finest banquet facility for less than half that price. Our rent structure is based on time and group size. The
larger the attendance and longer the event, the higher the cost because of the need for more furniture, linens,
utilities and so forth.
Equipment, furniture, additional linens, and so forth can be rented either from us or from a rental service.

Basic Hall Rent Hall set up by us with linen covered tables sufficient to accomodate
150 guests. Price $1275.00 for a use period of six (6) con-
secutive hours.

We will open our bar and provide bartender service for $20.00 an hour for the first 4 hours. All service over
4 hours is at the rate of $30.00 an hour.
